Jeff Cooper and Glenn Pearson, professional musicians and life-long friends, have been entertaining audiences for over 40 years. The pair met at Woodrow Wilson High School in Washington, DC in 1968 where they formed their first band and then went on to attend Peabody Conservatory of Music together.

Jeff and Glenn bring their unique and sophisticated bass and piano duo to Washington, Baltimore, Philadelphia and the Eastern Shore to entertain audiences with Notes in Time combining storytelling, humor, audience participation and little known facts woven throughout America’s most beloved music.

Jeff and Glenn will be playing Broadway Favorites in this engaging 2 part music series.

Part 1 - The Golden Age.

Enjoy Jeff and Glenn’s thoroughly engaging banter as they play some of the most popular Broadway songs from decades of its storied history including Sound of Music, My Fair Lady, Hello Dolly, Guys and Dolls and more. Without a doubt, you will be tapping your toes and singing along as you laugh at their infectious spirit.

Part 2 - The New Broadway.

Jeff and Glenn will explore how changes in society influenced the transformation of Broadway through blockbuster shows like A Chorus Line, Evita, Cats, Phantom of the Opera, Chicago, The Lion King and more. Learn the influence modern choreographers, special effects and the Disney phenomena had in creating new trends in American musical theater. This program enables the audience to be a part of the fun as Jeff and Glenn continue sharing their talent and enthusiasm for the Great White Way.
