Throughout the Washington DC metropolitan area, people are finding comfort and meaning in walking the labyrinth, an ancient symbol and structure which is more than 4,000 years old.
The short movie Labyrinth Journeys visits labyrinths on a green roof, in a garden, at a school, a hospital, a cathedral, and two military medical facilities. Vickie Baily, who will be introducing and leading a discussion on the film, is the gardener who maintains the one private labyrinth covered in the documentary. Her labyrinth was also featured in a Washington Post Magazine article, April 24, 2016.
Free and open to the public. Co-sponsored with Bethesda Metro Area Village.
