Computer and Device Help

Drop-in at the Gaithersburg Library’s Computer Lab Tuesdays between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon to practice and enhance your tech skills.

Volunteers will answer your questions and can help you with:
-Downloading free e-books and audiobooks from MCPL. (Kindle users should have their Amazon username and password. iPhone/iPad users should have their Apple ID and password.)
-Gaining proficiency with computer applications such as Word, Excel, email, etc. using the library's online learning tools. (Bring earbuds if possible or plan to buy them from the library for $1.)
-Writing a resume and applying for jobs.
-Using library apps to read magazines and watch movies.
-Discovering research tools and other online services offered by MCPL.
-Mastering your devices.
