Outdoor Family Storytime

at Long Branch Library

Join us in our courtyard for a fun outdoor storytime!

We will be in the central outdoor courtyard. Please bring a blanket or towel to sit on as the grass and steps can be damp.

Outdoor story time is weather and temperature permitting. In these cases, storytime will be indoors in the second floor meeting room.

These 25-30-minute programs are designed to delight children of all ages and are filled with diverse stories and activities that promote and develop language skills and imagination. These programs encourage children to develop a lifelong love of reading and learning and introduce them to the culture of reading.​

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

If you plan to attend with a group of ten or more, please contact the branch at least one week before the program to discuss how your group might be accommodated.
