Art Studio for Kids Celebrates Hispanic Heritage Month
at Twinbrook Library!
Saturday, October 03
11:00am - 12:00pm
Join us as we celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month through art and culture.
Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with us by learning about art and culture, then by creating an artwork! Art professor Michael Hilliard will introduce the art of a specific culture then lead participants in the creation of their own artwork. Participants will have the option to display their artwork at the Twinbrook Library.
Participation is limited to Elementary School-aged children and their caregivers.
This program is by registration only and is geared to children in Kindergarten—Grade 6. Registration opens on September 15, 2026.
This program is generously sponsored by the Friends of the Library, Montgomery County.
