Learn the basics of Microsoft Excel in this 2-session class

In this 2-session class you will learn the basics of using Microsoft Excel.

In this basics course, you will learn:
How to add, edit, and format text
How to sort and filter
How to create basic formulas using math functions

8 Laptop computers are available for use by registered participants.

LearningExpress Library: LearningExpress Library features nearly 1,000 online tutorials, practice tests, and e-books to help customers of all ages. It offers job search and workplace skills improvement; skill building in reading, writing, math, and basic science; career certification and licensure exam prep; college and grad school entrance test prep; GED® test prep; and more.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

If you plan to attend with a group of ten or more, please contact the branch at least one week before the program to discuss how your group might be accommodated.
