The Uncle Devin Show - Summer Reading 2026
Sunday, July 19
11:00am - 12:00pm
Join us for an interactive musical experience for children that uses percussion instruments to cultivate their minds!
Uncle Devin brings high-energy drumming, movement, and music to life in an interactive show designed especially for young children and families. Through fun rhythms, call-and-response, and DC’s official Go-Go music, kids will dance, sing, and explore the roots of African and Latin percussion while learning about creativity, culture, and being themselves.
A member of the GRAMMY®-nominated 1 Tribe Collective, Uncle Devin performs worldwide, collaborating with prestigious institutions like the Kennedy Center and the GRAMMY® Museum. Uncle Devin co-founded WEE Nation Radio, a family-focused online platform, and wrote the acclaimed children's book, The ABCs of Percussion!
