Challenge yourself during National Poetry Month to write a poem to perform at our open mic!

Showcase your writing talents at our Teen Poetry Open Mic Night! Register to perform a poem and bring your friends and family to watch you take the stage. Registration is required to perform. You do not need to register to attend and support the performers. For middle and high school students.

Need ideas for a poem? Join our Teen Poetry Challenge and use one of these writing prompts:

Poetry Writing Prompts:

1. Goodbyes: Write about a time you had to say goodbye or something you'd like to say goodbye to. Be creative!

2. Recipes: Write a poem in the form of a recipe. Be creative!
