Join Luis Garay for an outdoor interactive program at the Long Branch Library where participants of all ages will learn to clap authentic rhythms from different cultures.

Luis Garay’s blend of spicy undulating South American, Caribbean, and African rhythms is a highly educational, entertaining and musical journey introducing the audience to many exotic instruments such as the balofone, djembe and talking drum, and also the more familiar congas, bongos, timbales and drum set.

Sponsored by Friends of the Library, Montgomery County

This program will take place outside on the patio, weather permitting. Please bring a blanket or towel to sit on. Program will be moved indoors if raining or bad weather.
