A recently retired Occupational Safety & Health Technologist John M. Bednarik investigated complex industrial accidents and illnesses in the workplace and supervised a team of Federal Officers. In a very challenging and stress ridden occupation, John practiced meditation to help relieve stress, improve health and gain a better quality of life – the same techniques he’ll be sharing with you to help you gain a fresh outlook! John has practiced meditation for over 30 years and has given meditation presentations for decades at numerous public libraries and other venues. Having a degree in Business Management, Marketing & Occupational Health, John now serves as a consultant in the field of labor law and safety. He is also an assistant director of a children’s meditation camp in Virginia.
