Come join us for a creative clay workshop! We’ll use air-dry clay to make fun portraits of ourselves or anyone you want. Let your imagination run wild!
Join us each month for a welcoming, hands-on sensory experience designed for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Every session features a guided activity that encourages creativity, relaxation, and exploration. Participants can also enjoy a variety of sensory stations and tools at their own pace; perfect for those who prefer a different activity or want extra time to explore.
Each month brings a new theme or project. Come discover, create, and connect in a supportive environment!
March: Make your own clay self-portrait! This month, we’ll use air-dry clay to make fun portraits of ourselves - - or anyone you want. Let your imagination run wild! What would you look like with bright green hair? Or a silly smile? You get to decide.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll have your very own artwork to take home and show off.
We’ll provide all the supplies for this workshop. Just remember, air-dry clay can take up to 24 hours to become hard, but don’t worry, we’ll give you a safe way to carry your masterpiece home.
