This workshop offers a chance for teens to ask questions and explore topics related to building healthy relationships with help from UME's Dr. Alexander Chan.
Join us in the 3rd floor conference room for “Relationship Smarts,” hosted by Dr. Alexander Chan, from the University of Maryland Extension. Gain skills to navigate early relationships, both platonic and romantic. Topics discussed will include healthy communication and determining your values. Have your questions answered in a judgement free zone and walk away with the confidence and clarity to build healthy relationships.
Have a question for Dr. Chan, or a topic you want to see covered? Submit your questions through this FORM. All submissions are anonymous!
Join us every Wednesday night for activities for teens. There will be a wide variety of activities including movies, gaming, arts & craft, Lo-fi Study sessions, guest speakers, and more! Ask to speak with our Teen Librarians for more detailed information on what's planned each week. Have fun with friends, make new ones, or just hang out. Drop ins welcome, no registration needed!
