Navigating change is stressful. Hear from a local mental health professional about ways to stay healthy during challenging times.
Many in our local greater Washington area are experiencing change and challenges. The goal of this community wellness forum is to give area residents the chance to hear from local psychiatrist Dr. Leonardo Cubillos who will share tips from research and personal experience about maintaining good mental health during difficult times. Participants will be able to discuss tips and strategies for self-care. Community and self-help resources will be shared. Being in community and avoiding isolation are excellent ways to stay healthy; all are welcome!
