Bone Builders is a free exercise program designed for people over 55! The one-hour sessions are led by friendly volunteers who are excited to help you stay active and healthy.
Join us for a free one-hour exercise program led by friendly volunteers, specifically for those aged 55 and older! We are excited to partner with HHS and Aging and Disability Services to bring this opportunity to you. DESCRIPTION:
Bone Builders offers exercise classes for individuals age 55 and over, held twice a week. These classes designed to:
Participants will use ankle and hand weights and will engage in warm-up, cool-down, balance, and postural exercises.
REGISTRATION:
As part of the County Government, MCPL restricts the collection of personal information to instances where it is essential for delivering programs or services.

Accommodation Requests
