Join bone builders for a free one-hour exercise program led by volunteers for people over 55. We are partnering with HHS and Aging and Disability Services. To participate, you must register. Please read the full description for important details.
DESCRIPTION:
Bone Builders offers exercise classes for individuals aged 55 and over. Classes are held twice a week.
These classes are designed to:
Participants will use ankle and hand weights and engage in warm-up, cool-down, balance, and postural exercises.
REGISTRATION RULES:
As part of the County Government, MCPL restricts the collection of personal information to instances where it is essential for delivering programs or services.

Accommodation Requests
