Managing stress for teens through mindfulness, movement and emotional check-ins.
Join Julie Jonas for this practical and engaging course that teaches teens how to regulate their nervous system, manage stress, and make decisions from a place of clarity rather than reactivity.
Through mindfulness, movement, and emotional check-ins, they’ll develop a growing sense of right action—learning to respond to life’s challenges with awareness and intention. This course empowers teens with lifelong tools to stay grounded, build resilience, and navigate their world with confidence and self-trust.
