How do you handle conflict?
Do you avoid it, confront it head-on, or seek compromise? Join us for an interactive workshop exploring the different styles of approaching conflict and how understanding these styles can improve communication and relationships. Learn how to navigate disagreements effectively and gain insight into your own conflict resolution tendencies. This event will be bilingual (Spanish and English). An afterschool snack and an opportunity to earn SSL hours will be provided.
