30 minutes of music and movement for young children to teach early literacy skills and healthy habits!

Put on your dancing shoes and join the fun!

Come to Music & Movement at the library! Music and movement teach the early literacy skills of listening and following directions, anticipation, and rhyming. Moving to music helps children exhaust pent-up energy, builds self-confidence and a positive self-image. Tickets will be handed out, first-come first-served, at the children's desk 15 minutes prior to the program.  Space is limited.

Looking for something to do until then? Take a look at these resources for kids using your library card. Don't have a card right now? No worries!  Find out how to Get a Library Card.
