300 Years of Dance Music: From Minuet to Tango to Samba

A Student Piano Recital

Come hear the students of local music teacher Elena Migunov perform dance compositions by Bach, Rachmaninov, Prokofiev, Mozart, Chopin, Joplin, and more!

Join us for our 3rd annual piano recital featuring students of acclaimed local music teacher Elena Migunov, performing solos, duets, two piano/four hand, and two piano/eight hand pieces from composers across the world over the last three centuries. Ranging in styles from the minuet to the tango to the samba, we'll hear selected compositions by Bach, Prokofiev, Rachmaninov, Mozart, Chopin, Joplin, Shostakovich, and Strauss, as well as pieces from lesser-known composers.
