Story Hour at the Olney Library

"Sleepova"

Join us for an afternoon of stories to celebrate Olney Theatre's production of "Sleepova", with guest storyteller Kike Ayodeji!

To celebrate the production of Sleepova, the Olney Theatre Center is sponsoring an afternoon of stories at the library, hosted by guest storyteller Kike Ayodeji.

This is a free family event appropriate for all ages, especially toddlers, preschoolers, and young children.

Registration is NOT required.

Kike Ayodeji is a Nigerian American actress born and raised in Maryland, where she fell in love with storytelling as an art form at a young age. Throughout her acting career, Kike has been blessed to be featured in several short films, plays, and commercials. She has appeared in the award-winning, Abbott Elementary as a Young Teacher and in the Emmy award-winning short, Riverment. Last year, Kike won her first award, "Best Supporting Actress" for her emphatic performance as Katie in the short film Ms. Davis' Close Friend.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
