A McGee Library After School Adventures program

Join us at McGee Library every Thursday afternoon for a new After School Adventure! The second Thursday of the month is a time to explore STEM!

Join us at McGee Library every Thursday afternoon for a new After School Adventure! Second Thursdays of the month, drop in and join us in the 5th floor program room from 4:00pm-6:00pm for fun STEM activiites.

This program is for children ages 5 years old and up. There will be numerous small pieces present, which may pose a choking hazard to younger children. Parents/caregivers MUST accompany children under the age of 8 during the program.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

Accommodation Requests

People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend. Contact the Assistant Facilities and Accessibility Program Manager at 240-777-0002 with all other accommodation requests.
