Come celebrate the year of the Snake with a traditional Chinese Lion Dance, presented by the DC Chinese Youth Club!
Lion dance is performed during many different occasions to bring good fortune and prosperity. You will likely see lion dance performed during the new year, weddings, store and restaurant openings and certain holidays.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
