Do you love dogs? Are you interested in changing someone's life? If you answered YES, please join us to learn more about raising a puppy to be trained as a guide dog for the visually impaired!
Guiding Eyes for the Blind needs volunteer "Puppy Raisers"
Guiding Eyes for the Blind is a 501(c)3 non-profit that provides guide dogs to people with vision loss, free of charge. We are passionate about connecting exceptional dogs with individuals for greater independence.
Come, learn about our work, and consider becoming a Puppy Raiser that will later be trained as guide dog!
Talk with puppy raisers about their experience,
Hear from a guide dog recipient about the impact on their life,
Meet some of our pups!
Interested? Please join us on Saturday, January 25th at Long Branch Library from 10:00-11:30am. If you cannot attend on 1/25, please check out our website and work at GuidingEyesfortheBlind.org.
This program will take place in the meeting room on the upper level.
