This class series is open to adults and teens ages 16+ who have a digital camera or a phone camera and wish to learn fundamental photography skills and photo-editing techniques. Having navigated across oceans and continents with camera in hand, the instructor William Michaels brings four decades of interdisciplinary expertise in science and photography to promote public awareness on the benefits for protecting our planet’s wildlife and natural habitats. He will lead multimedia presentations and facilitate discussions on topics such as exposure, focus control, lighting, composition, photographic techniques, and image processing.
