Join us for an afternoon of making fleece blankets for children who are in need. The completed blankets will be donated to the Montgomery County chapter of Project Linus.
Project Linus is a non-profit organization that provides handmade blankets to children 0-18 in the United States who are seriously ill, traumatized, or otherwise in need.
This hands-on activity will stimulate your child's creativity and imagination, while helping them develop critical fine motor skills.
This program is for children 6 years old and above. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
Accommodation Requests
People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend.
