The scientific community has recently been exploring the use of meditation as a healing modality. Join Sangeeta Sinha, MBA and M.Ed as she discusses the extraordinary effect of meditation. It can reduce stress-related responses, improve concentration, enhance clarity of thought and mental equilibrium. She will also present a simple, yet powerful time-tested meditation technique that will be explained and practiced during the session. Sangeeta has been active in teaching children how to meditate, conducting meditation workshops both for the general public as well as for colleagues at work. Sangeeta holds an MBA and M.Ed., from Wright State University.
