Do you keep a journal? Would you like to be able to write your own personal journal? Here's your opportunity! The inexperienced slightly-experienced and experienced are welcome! We will explore journaling through assigned journal prompts, the written word, and reflection. It will be a safe atmosphere and sharing is optional. In this program the focus will be on the benefits of journaling and how to use writing prompts.
The focus will be on manual writing methods and materials used include: paper pencils and drawing tools. You must register to participate in this program, as space is limited
