Join us as we discuss the book "Homegoing" by international bestseller and award-winning author Yaa Gyasi

Join us as we discuss the book Homegoing by international bestseller and award-winning author Yaa Gyasi. Homegoing follows the parallel paths of these sisters and their descendants through eight generations: from the Gold Coast to the plantations of Mississippi, from the American Civil War to Jazz Age Harlem.

Copies of the book will be available for pickup approximately one month prior to the discussion at the circulation desk.

This program is a part of NEA Big Read with Sandy Spring Museum.

NEA Big Read is a program of the National Endowment for the Arts in partnership with Arts Midwest.
