Magnets are amazing! Space is limited, registration required. Ages 6-10.

Magnets might seem magical until you learn the science behind them. Join Science Connections to explore the world of magnetism through hands on science experiments. Test different items to see if they are magnetic. Observe the invisible fields that surround all magnets. Learn how to make your own compass to align with the earths natural magnetic field. Magnets aren't magic but they are fun!  Registration required.  Register online or call 240-773-9550 beginning 3 weeks before the event.  For children ages 6 - 10.  Generously sponsored by the Friends of the Library, Montgomery County.
