This program is a series of exercises, relaxation techniques, and meditation that combines Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, and meditation into a self-healing system that integrates body, mind, and spirit. Instruction led by Tammy Hilton. This program can be done seated on a chair or a mat. Please bring your own mat.
Hoang-Tam (Tammy) Hilton has been volunteering since 2006 as a meditation and Integral Tai Chi instructor at various Montgomery County recreation centers. She received the Recognition and Appreciation Certificate from the Montgomery County Executive in 2017, and the State of Maryland Governor’s Citation in 2018.
