Librarians hosting Tech Time may offer assistance with navigating issues on a personal device, such as:
Using the library's online resources
E-books/E-readers (Kindle, etc.)
Computers
Smartphones
Tablets
We cannot assist with:
Removing malware or scanning for malware,
Fixing physical hardware components,
Downloading apps and software from unknown sources, or
Filling out online forms involving personal information.
