August 31st is the final day for logging activities for MCPL's 2024 Summer Reading program. Have some activities you still want to do or final spaces on your game board that you need to fill? Join us at Potomac Library where we'll make it possible to wrap up your summer reading, register your progress, and collect your prizes all in one day! Activities include but are not limited to reading for 30 minutes, playing hopscotch and counting in a different language, creating a comic strip where you are the hero, playing "I Spy," flying like a butterfly, and many more!
This program is best suited for children ages 0-12 years old.
The Nationals Ticket voucher prize is available while supplies last.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
Accommodation Requests
People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend. Contact the Assistant Facilities and Accessibility Program Manager at 240-777-0002 with all other accommodation requests.
