Inside the computerized planetarium, you will be immersed in a 360-degree view of the sky while learning about different cultures' interpretations of the stars, exploring the moon's phases, zooming in on the planets and venturing into deep space before returning to Earth. Includes a hands-on activity. For children ages 4-10 accompanied by their families. Free tickets available in-person 30 minutes before the event, while supplies last. This hands-on program will provide children with the opportunity to use their critical thinking and problem-solving skills to achieve a result. Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
