Join us during Adventure Week to create solar prints and go on a scavenger hunt!
It's Adventure Week at Potomac Library!
Come join us for a hands-on STEAM activity where we use the cyanotype process to "capture" nature through solar prints. Participants will be able to create unique, nature-inspired patterns on cloth and paper in a matter of minutes. Additional activities include a scavenger hunt where children will be prompted to engage with the natural world around them through observation, rather than collection.
Rain Date: Monday, August 12th, 1-2pm.
This program is best suited for children ages 4-12 years old.
