Do you need help with our Libby and Hoopla apps? Or placing holds through our website? Call us at 240-777-0922 to set up a 15-minute appointment with a librarian who can walk you through the process.

Please bring your library card, the devices you need help with, and passwords. We cannot help with security or hardware issues.

Accommodation Requests

People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend. Contact the Assistant Facilities and Accessibility Program Manager at 240-777-0002 with all other accommodation requests.
