Teen Recycled Fashion Show

A Three Day Event!

Turn old clothes into something new, learn about make-up and skin care, and learn about the fashion industry from a professional model.

Day 1: Join us to start your fashion journey. Choose from old clothes (you can also bring your own!) come up with a design and start transforming the old clothes into something new! 

Day 2: We'll continue working on our clothing creations, while learning about self-care in the form of taking care of our skin and make-up. Joining us will be local professional make-up artist Kayla Balkin from Make-up and Skincare by Kayla!

Day 3: It's time to show off your creations, and who is a better person to help with that besides professional model, Nicole Abuhamada. Nicole is an interdisciplinary artist. With a diverse background in fashion modeling and acting, Nicole gained international fame as the winner of America’s Next Top Model. Her career highlights include contracts with notable brands like Covergirl Cosmetics, Paul Mitchell, Forever 21, Pepsi, and appearances in publications such as More Magazine, Seventeen Magazine, and People Magazine. Nicole acted along Stan Lee in a commercial for the Marvel Avengers, and debuted in theaters as lead actress in the film Ashley.

Nicole will be joining us to give pointers on walking on a runway and give insights on life in the fashion industry!
