Summer Reading Challenge Kick-Off for Teens

Kick-off the 2024 Montgomery County Public Library Summer Reading Challenge with a question and answer session with YA author Ann Fraistat!

Ann Fraistat’s debut novel, What We Harvest, was a 2022 Bram Stoker finalist, an ABA Indies Introduce and Kids' Indie Next Pick, and a finalist for the Barnes & Noble YA 2022 Book Awards. A Place For Vanishing, her second book, is an instant USA Today bestseller. Join us for a discussion about her writing process and her journey to becoming an author.

While you're there, don't forget to register for the Summer Reading Challenge. Library staff and volunteers will be available to answer questions about the program, assist with sign-ups, and provide gameboards and a free book for children and teens who register.
