Being safe in the water starts with you! May 15 is Water Safety Day and May 18-24 is National Safe Boating Week. Join members of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary as they show how to be safe in the water. Topics discussed will include swimming safety, rip currents, wearing proper life jackets, basic boating safety tips, and clean marine environment.
This program is targeted toward elementary-age students. Registration is required.
