Join us as we get ready for the solar eclipse! The program will be held at 2:00pm and 4:00pm. Space is limited. Register here for ONE of the time slots.
Learn about what happens during a solar eclipse and how to view one safely. Hands-on activities include building an eclipse viewer and an eclipse model, and making phases of the moon gummies. Each participant will also receive a pair of solar eclipse glasses. We will provide all the materials for this program.
For 6-10 year olds.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend.
