How can we find inner peace within ourselves through meditation? Join Bruce Faithwick as he discusses blocking out stressful triggers and finding peace in the current moment by using a simple time-tested meditation technique. This practice can help achieve a lasting state of peace and happiness found through no outer experience. There will even be a chance to try this out.
A successful business consultant in the software industry with many years of product management and marketing experience, Bruce currently provides workshops and training to groups in the California area where he connects meditation and self development to important aspects of our lives. He has been meditating for over 40 years and now focuses much of his time on his own personal development and in helping others who wish to do the same.
