The scientific community has been exploring the use of meditation as a healing modality. Join Nirav Sheth a long-time meditator as he discusses the effect meditation has in reducing stress-related responses, improving concentration, enhancing clarity of thought and promoting mental equilibrium. He will also present a simple, time-tested, ancient, and effective meditation technique. There will be a short meditation sitting as well.
Nirav is a Leadership Coach, Life Coach and Business Growth Consultant. He is the Founder and President of Stratosphere, a coaching and consulting firm whose mission is to take individuals and businesses to new heights.Prior to founding Stratosphere, Nirav has 25 years of experience in the medical device industry, primarily at Medtronic, in various leadership roles including general management, global marketing, and program management. He has a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Engineering. Nirav has been practicing meditation for over 17 years and teaching meditation classes throughout the country for over 13 years.
