This club is a low-pressure place for Teens to create art. This month, for Teen Mental Health Week, we'll be painting mini canvases which you can leave to display in the Teen Area if you'd like!
This club is a great space for teens who enjoy creating art, crafting, or experimenting with different creative hobbies. Feel free to bring your own supplies or use the ones we provide. Work on projects in progress or create something new! We plan to meet one Friday a month from 3:30-5:00 PM.
For Teen Mental Health Week (April 6-13), we'll be painting mini canvases for mindfulness. We'll provide the canvas and paints, and will have several ideas to get you started, if you're not sure what to paint. We'll also have information about how creative outlets like art can help with mental health and managing stress. If you'd like, you can leave your canvas to be on display in the Teen Area for the rest of April and pick it up later to keep.
