Join experienced cosplayers, costumers, fans & library superstars including MCPL, Enoch Pratt Free Library, and Maryland Costumers & Cosplayers to talk about cosplay or dressing up: how everyone can do it & how to make it work for you! Get expert insights on picking a character or outfit, cosplaying for the first time, cosplaying on a budget, convention tips, adapting costumes to individual needs, and having fun! Adults, Teens & Tweens are welcome!
