Summer Reading Storytime!

at Gaithersburg Library

Did you know Summer Reading is for all ages? Join us for a special storytime and learn about our Pre-reader Summer Reading Challenge!

Come listen to stories, rhymes and songs about adventure, then stay for crafts and activities that highlight early literacy skills during this special extended storytime!  

Ideal for ages 18 months to 5 years with a parent or caregiver.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.

Accommodation Requests

People who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing should request English-language captioning or sign-language interpretation at least five days before the library-sponsored program they plan to attend.
