Calling all 6-12 year-olds who love movement, creativity, stories and games! Join yoga teacher Lilach Cohen-Holden as she takes us through storytelling yoga, games and dances with universal values, that will increase balance, flexibility, peace in body & mind, body awareness, self-esteem, focus and being present. At the end of the class we will work on a craft or journaling. Please feel free to bring your own yoga mat or towel.
Registration is required for this program and will open on May 1 at 10:00 am.

Library Program Attendance (both virtual and in the branch) is limited to participants within the suggested age range of the program. Children attending an MCPL program under the age of 8 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults attending a program intended for children must have an accompanying child.
