Explore the history, science and creative possibilities of animation with this hands-on program!

Participants will create three optical toys: a thaumatrope, a zoetrope strip and a flip-book.

Registration required. Space is limited. Event will take place in the First Floor Meeting Room opposite the elevators.

Art supplies will be provided to be used during the workshop. This workshop is in partnership with artist Leila Cabib and funded in part by an Arts an Education Grant from the Maryland State Arts Council.
